Unwind Stretch is your time to slow down and release what your body has been holding. This class focuses on gentle stretching, breath, mobility, and relaxation to help you feel more open, grounded, and restored. Expect a calm pace, supportive guidance, and movements that help your body feel lighter from head to toe.

How to prepare

Bring: yoga mat, water bottle, and a small towel if you’d like.
Wear: comfortable clothes you can stretch in.
Notes: no flexibility or experience needed — this class is designed for all levels.
