What to expect

Sculpt Pilates is where strength meets control. This class blends intentional Pilates movements with a full-body burn to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected to your body. Expect low-impact movement, deep core work, and a challenge that can be modified for your level.s on breath, gentle movement, and deep listening. We move slowly. We pause often. We create space for both strength and softness.

How to prepare

Bring: yoga mat, water bottle, and grip socks if you like extra support.
Wear: comfortable workout clothes you can move in.
Notes: no Pilates experience needed — your instructor will guide you through every movement.
